Uncovering solutions through curiosity, empathy, and iteration.
From my early post-college days, when I embarked on a teaching journey at a start-up elementary school without prior experience, I discovered a natural talent for gathering community insights and leveraging them to drive informed decisions and develop impactful solutions. Little did I realize then that this marked the inception of my career in user experience (UX).
Since that time, I have actively pursued diverse UX endeavors, such as creating a women's health app, collaborating with doctors and patients to design a mental health care curriculum, crafting an online portal for overwhelmed parents of preschoolers, and spearheading a school-wide initiative addressing the national obesity epidemic from a public health standpoint.
For me, UX design serves as a medium to translate my knowledge and skills into the digital realm. Residing in innovative and creative cities - New York, Boston, and Los Angeles - I have drawn inspiration from environments that prioritize community engagement and the value of design. I firmly believe that UX possesses the potential to confront society's most pressing challenges.
My career thrives on a passion for asking probing questions, cultivating relationships, and approaching problem-solving through a multidisciplinary lens. My ultimate aspiration is to create transformative solutions that carry a profound social impact.
